We are a multi-purpose smoke free event venue that offers luxurious rental space(800 sq. ft. that can accommodate up to 50 guests). In addition, we offer Event decorating and Wedding Officiant services within the tri-state area (NJ, PA & DE) to capture the most important moments in your life. We will travel to Officiate your wedding or decorate your event.
Wedding ceremonies/Birthday parties/Anniversary parties/Baby Showers/Engagement parties/retirement parties/Book signings/Corporate meetings/Business launch parties
Your $200 non-refundable retainer fee will secure your date for the venue, and it is also applied to the balance of your bill that is due one month before your event. Note, you must make the final payment off the invoice which is an ACH payment. The customer is required to sign a contract, initial the Terms & Conditions and submit both documents to The Event Spot LLC agreeing to the policy of the company. If both documents are not returned, the customer will forfeit the use of the space.

Rental fees:
Monday - Thursday: $450
Friday: $575
Saturday: $725
Sunday: $625
Tables, chairs, ice cooler, & Bluetooth Speaker are provided free for all rentals. It is a 4 hour rental plus you receive 2 hours for set up of decorations and 30 minutes for clean up after the event. Due to COVID19, ALL guests must be out of the hall after the alotted time so staff can inspect the hall for any damages and to make sure the hall is cleaned. You are required to clean up all decorations, food, & trash. There is a $150 clean up/damage fee/covid19 cleaning fee due the morning of your event via Cash App - NO EXCEPTIONS . If the clean up fee is not sent before the event, the customer will not gain access to the venue until it is paid. $75 will be refunded to the customer following the inspection of the hall, equipment and property provided ALL guests are out of the venue at the end of the clean up time and if the hall is cleaned. Note, if the hall is not cleaned and/or there is damage to any of the equipment/property and ALL guests is not out of the hall for the staff to inspect it, the customer will forfeit reimbursement of the $75.

* You have 2 Music Options: Bluetooth Speaker - free or utilize our House DJ - $350.00
* Decor' services offered - call for more information as everyone's package is customized and based on your budget.
* Linen & product rentals - please check our shopping cart area for details & pricing.
* Additional hours may be purchased for a fee of $100/hr based on availability however, you are unable to extend time after business closing hours.
* Decor' Services ONLY offsite, the nonrefundable fee is 50% of the total bill and the remaining balance is due one month before your scheduled event.
* Wedding Decor' Services, the customer has two payment options: 2 or 3 installment payment plan. Upon signing the contract & Decor' Package form, either 50% or 1/3 is due and is non refundable. The final payment is due one month before the scheduled event
